Notification of withdrawal

Consumers are accorded a right of withdrawal with the following proviso, whereby consumer is any natural person concluding a transaction for purposes that cannot in the main be attributed either to their business or self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any justification.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods. If several goods have been ordered as part of a single order, and if they are delivered separately, the period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last item of goods. A single order shall not however exist simply by virtue of you ordering a number of goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to one another. Should an item of goods be delivered in a number of part deliveries or pieces, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last part delivery or last piece.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Felice art couture, Mrs. Claudia Metcalfe, Wasserbogen 43, 82166 Gräfelfing, Tel: 089 838033, Fax: 089 83 80 35, E-Mail: hello@felice-art-couture.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax, e-mail). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is not however mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

Should you withdraw from this contract we shall, immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract, be required to reimburse to you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs occasioned by your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We shall use the same means of payment used by you for the original transaction for reimbursement purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have furnished proof of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall be required, immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you sent us your withdrawal, to return or surrender the goods to Felice art couture, Mrs. Claudia Metcalfe, Wasserbogen 43, 82166 Gräfelfing. The deadline shall have been complied with if you despatch the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be for your account.

You must pay the cost of any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value can be attributed to an unnecessary degree of handling the goods when checking of the goods' qualities, characteristics, and operation.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

There shall be no right of withdrawal in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which an individual choice or determination on the consumer's part is critical, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's individual needs.

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods, which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suited to being returned, if their seal was removed after delivery.
