How can I tell what size I am?

We want you to have the perfect fit – so please refer to our Size Chart for further information. We offer a wide choice of sizes, ranging from XXS to XXL.

What if I would like an item in a colour other than the ones on offer?

felice is all about offering you the very best, exceptionally personal service. Although most of our designs comes with different colour options, you might not find just the very one you are looking for. Don’t be shy just let us know and we can see if we can accommodate your special request.
All this comes at no extra charge, but please note that items made especially for you with colours chosen from the Colour Wishlist, or custom order requests, are non-returnable Please see our Returns Policy for information.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card or Pay Pal.We accept MasterCard & VISA.
Once you have ordered online, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

Are my personal details safe?

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and attribute utmost importance to the security of your data. Our site uses secure server software, which ensures the information you provide is safely handled and secure.

Where do you deliver to, and what are your delivery times?

We deliver to a large range of destinations worldwide – no mountain’s too high and no valley too low for us! We will always try and process your order as quickly as possible, but should there ever be an unforeseen delay, we will inform you about this straight away. Goods ship within 5 - 10 working days from ordering, unless otherwise stated in the product description. To find out the shipping time to your country please refer to our Delivery Times table.

What are the shipping costs?

We have a worldwide shipping flat rate of €10.55. We regularly have promotions on free P&P worldwide. For further details on delivery to your country, please refer to our Payment & Delivery section.

What if I am out and miss the delivery?

Don’t worry, depending on the shipping service policies in your country they may either leave a note (for you to pick up the item at your local sorting office/depot) or notify you and arrange another drop-off time.

What if an item does not fit or I don’t like it?

We wouldn’t want you to be anything less than overjoyed with your purchase, so should you wish to return an item, this is not a problem.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable: lingerie, items made especially for you (eg. bears you initials), items made in colours chosen from the Colour Wishlist.

If your item is none of the above, please send it back to us with the completed returns form within 14 days of receipt, unworn & unused in their original condition - with all packaging and tags.

Returns: We will refund you on the cost of returning the items as soon as they have been received back.

Exchanges: We are unable to refund your cost of returning item you want to exchange, however we will not charge you on P&P (worldwide) for sending out the exchanged items to you.

Do I pay the postage to return an item?

No, we will refund you on the cost of returning any items as soon as they have been received back.

Do I pay the postage to exchange an item?

We are unable to refund your cost of returning item you want to exchange, however we will not charge you on P&P (worldwide) for sending out the exchanged items to you.

How can I get in contact if I have any questions?

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes! Be updated on our latest promotions and get sneak previews before the new collection comes out. Sign up by clicking ‘newsletter’ icon in the menu. You can easily unsubscribe from the felice newsletter at any time, should you wish to.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we do, and they make the perfect present - simply order it online via the ‘gift voucher’ icon in the menu, and you or the recipient will receive a felice gift voucher, beautifully printed with a pearl shimmer tied with satin ribbon.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Upon request and at a small charge, we can beautifully gift wrap your item in a rose and gold colored felice gift box with satin ribbon and tissue paper. We can attach your personal message with a gift card. You can request this service under the ‘gift wrapping’ icon in the menu.
